Andy holds the position of Vice President of Global Services and Chief Architect at Info-Tech Research Group, with a focus on Architecture, Data and AI. He has supported international organizations in enhancing their Enterprise Architecture and Chief Data Office practices. Andy has overseen departments responsible for data and architecture at Siemens Consulting, the UK NHS, BBC, UK Parliament, and Loblaw Companies Limited. Additionally, he served as an adjunct professor at the University of Toronto for ten years, where he taught Enterprise Architecture and initiated the Technical Counselor program at Info-Tech.

Prior to his role in Technical Counselor Leadership, Andy led the research and advisory divisions for AI, Enterprise Architecture, and Data and Analytics. Among his significant accomplishments are co-authoring the Enterprise Architecture framework for one of the world's largest space agencies, heading the architecture team that implemented a retail loyalty program catering to 17 million users, and developing the digital library system for a major broadcasting entity.

Jennifer is the Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Bizzdesign. With 25 years in enterprise software and more than 15 years in enterprise architecture, she helps organizations implement and scale complex technology investments while aligning technology strategy with business outcomes.

As Head of AI at Bizzdesign, Daniel works with enterprise leaders to address one of the defining challenges of the AI era: turning AI ambition into adoption that is practical, governed, and connected to meaningful business outcomes.

He leads Bizzdesign's AI strategy across market evangelism, customer engagement, best practice advisory, and internal AI adoption. His focus is on helping organizations leverage enterprise architecture to scale AI with the right business context while using AI to make architecture more accessible, actionable, and impactful for transformation teams.

With more than 20 years of software industry experience, Daniel has held leadership roles spanning strategy, product management, technology, operations, customer advisory, analyst relations, and go-to-market execution. His expertise enables organizations to bridge strategic vision with practical implementation, accelerating enterprise transformation through AI.

Senior Technology Executive with 20+ years of experience driving transformation and innovation across +1B IT investment portfolios across US, EMEA, APAC and China. Grant is also Founder/Chairman of the Chief Architect Network, a global network of Chief Architect technology leaders managing Fortune 500 scale practices.

My career has been defined by a single driving ethos: Think like a startup, challenge every assumption, reimagine and build with enterprise muscle. 

My journey began in space technology, engineering high-reliability satellite and defense systems where failure was not an option. That mission-critical foundation taught me how complex systems work under extreme demand—a mindset I brought into my 30-year corporate trajectory. From Silicon Valley trailblazers like Intuit, VMware, Veritas, Zuora, BMC, and Arrow Electronics to my role as Chief Architect at TIAA managing over $1T in assets, I have led large-scale digital transformations, modernized core infrastructures, and established resilient governance frameworks. 

Today, as Founder and Principal of Nexus Point Advisory LLC, I bridge emerging startup innovation with enterprise-grade scale. Through my proprietary framework, "Guiding Possibilities," I advise C-suite executives, board members, and venture capital firms on navigating AI-native architectures, Agentic AI systems, and enterprise digital twins—turning disruptive technologies into sustainable business value. 

Beyond building technology, my mission is building people and community. Whether organizing regional technology leadership initiatives with SIM Bay Area, speaking at national AI summits, or mentoring rising female engineers and founders globally, I advocate for empathetic, collaborative leadership and cognitive diversity.
