BiZZdesign, the leading enterprise transformation software vendor, was recognized in Gartner’s 2019 Critical Capabilities for Enterprise Architecture report. Bizzdesign received the highest score in 4 of the 5 use cases for Horizzon and came in a close second on the fifth use case.

The analysts James McGovern and Marty Resnick wrote, “Enterprise architecture tools can help address and support the unique challenges your organization faces, as well as provide benefits to a wide range of stakeholders… EA tools can be critical assets in assisting enterprise architects and business and IT leaders in executing and delivering business strategies. But your business leaders must be prepared and willing to adopt the use of the tool and integrate it into their workflows. Otherwise, many tools can quickly become shelfware. The best way to ensure adoption happens is to consider the unique needs of the enterprise.”

Highest Score in

  • Making Smarter Decisions Faster

Second Highest in

BiZZdesign’s CEO, Hugo Ehrnreich commented “We believe that BiZZdesigns Horizzon stands out as the premier EA platform. We think the strengths of the Bizzdesign offering is confirmed by the capability use case scores provided by Gartner. Customer feedback on the Bizzdesign Horizzon platform was part of the evaluation for the Gartner Critical Capabilities 2019 report.”

“We are extremely proud of this recognition, which comes at the close of a record-breaking 2019 financial year in a highly competitive sector. Coupled with our multi-year Leader position in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, we believe this Critical Capabilities report once again confirms that Bizzdesign has the most complete combination of software platform capabilities and expert service execution on the market. We look forward to continuing to build on these foundations to help our customers become ever more successful in optimizing their investment decisions as well as navigating complexity, change and risk towards their future business design.”

According to Peter Matthijssen, BiZZdesign’s CTO: “We are clearly delighted at the news that we were positioned in first-place in four Gartner Critical Capabilities use cases. Considering how the EA industry evolves every year, we think our position in the marketplace again in 2019 is a tremendous validation for our vision and all the hard work of our team. This year we were evaluated amongst 15 other vendors, so we think this really speaks to our commitment, customer focus and execution capabilities.”
