BCG's 2026 AI Radar reveals that half of CEOs believe their job stability depends on getting AI strategy right, while nearly three-quarters now own AI decision-making directly. At the same time, corporations expect to double AI spending in 2026, from 0.8% to about 1.7% of revenues.
