About us

Nick Reed is Chief Strategy Officer at Bizzdesign and has been at the company since 2016. He’s responsible for defining and executing strategies to drive growth, ensure market leadership, and align the company’s vision with evolving industry needs. He also plays a leading role in mergers and acquisitions. 
 

With 20+ years of experience in enterprise software, strategy, and customer success, Nick has previously served as Bizzdesign’s Chief Customer Officer and led professional services and customer success at Troux Technologies. 
 

Nick holds a BA in Mathematics from the University of Bristol. 

Peter Matthijssen is Chief Product Officer at Bizzdesign and has been at the company since 2005. While leading product strategy and innovation, he’s responsible for shaping  Bizzdesign’s technological vision and ensuring the development of high-quality solutions. 
 

With 20+ of experience in business improvement, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation, Peter has held various roles at Bizzdesign including International Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant. 
 

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the University of Twente and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) through SIOO. 

Céline Méchain is Chief Human Resources Officer at Bizzdesign since 2024. She’s responsible for building a strong, people-centric culture as well as driving talent development and employee engagement. 

With 20+ years of HR leadership in international IT companies, Céline has held senior roles across Europe and globally, including VP of People at Platform.sh, where she scaled the company from 50 to 450 employees in 30+ countries, and HR Director at eFront, where she built the HR function and supported growth from 100 to 650 employees.  

She holds a Master’s degree in English from La Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in Human Resources from ESG Business School. 

Jeroen van der Reijken is Chief Sales Officer at Bizzdesign. He leads global sales strategy and drives growth across a customer base of more than 2,000 enterprises. 
 

With 18+ years of experience in enterprise software and SaaS, Jeroen has held leadership roles at SAP LeanIX, Hitachi Vantara, and Equinix. 
 

He holds an Executive Leadership certificate from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Post-Bachelor in Commercial Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Tonia Maneta is Chief Marketing Officer at Bizzdesign. She leads global growth marketing and demand generation to drive revenue and pipeline, while advancing digital innovation and strengthening the brand. 

With 20+ years of experience in the technology and financial services industries, Tonia has served as CMO at Synechron and held senior roles at Dynata, VERMEG, Lombard Risk, Provenir, Infosys, and BP. She is recognized for building scalable, AI-enabled marketing teams and running international programs that deliver measurable results. 

She holds a BA in Marketing and Management from the American College of Greece, plus certifications in digital marketing, project management, and stakeholder engagement. 

Arjan Vork is Chief Customer Officer at Bizzdesign and has been at the company since 2018. He leads global customer success, professional services, and global customer services to ensure long-term value for enterprise clients. 
 

Prior to becoming CCO, Arjan was Bizzdesign’s Global Channel Director. With 20+ years of experience in enterprise software, sales, and partner ecosystems, he’s held leadership positions at Exact and SAP. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Solution Architect at Software AG. 
 

Arjan holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Tom Jansen is Chief Technology Officer at Bizzdesign and joined the company in 2023. He leads global technology strategy, platform development, and product innovation. 

With 15+ years of experience building data-driven products and scaling engineering teams, Tom co-founded Objectiv (open-source analytics) and Distimo (mobile analytics, acquired by data.ai). At data.ai, he later led European R&D and engineering operations. 

He holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Twente.
