Bizzdesign Website Term of Use

THESE TERMS OF USE ("TERMS") GOVERN YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE WEBSITE OPERATED BY BIZZDESIGN B.V., A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY (BESLOTEN VENNOOTSCHAP) INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE NETHERLANDS, WITH ITS REGISTERED OFFICE AT CAPITOOL 15, (7521PL) ENSCHEDE, NETHERLANDS, REGISTERED WITH THE DUTCH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE UNDER NUMBER 08204584 ("BIZZDESIGN", "WE", "US" OR "OUR"). The Website may include publicly accessible pages as well as restricted areas, including but not limited to the Client Portal. Access to the Client Portal is granted solely to authorized users upon invitation or account creation by Bizzdesign.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of any breach of these Terms.
