We invite our customers to enter for the awards and showcase to the enterprise architecture community and beyond on how you add strategic business value to your organization with BiZZdesign HoriZZon.
If your initiative has made a significant impact on your organization – whether it supports key change initiatives, or it has helped your business and teams to be more insights-driven, improved decision-making, prioritize investments, operate in more agile ways or to connect better with your customers – then we’d love to hear from you.
Business Resilience Award
Describe how your enterprise architecture team / initiative helps to build a more agile and resilient organization.
Considerations include: how does your initiative help to identify gaps in XYZ, improve XYZ, and optimize business processes. Showcase how your level of enterprise architecture maturity has grown to deliver a more resilient and capable service to your organization.
Enterprise Collaboration Award
Describe how your enterprise architecture initiative / team collaborates with the wider architect and/or business teams to achieve improved outcomes.
For example, how does your enterprise architecture team / initiative help business or IT leaders to see the full picture and in turn, improve decision-making, prioritize investments, or mitigate risks? Or does your enterprise architecture initiative help to better connect your IT teams to the business to deliver real business value.
Describe how your enterprise architecture initiative demonstrates innovation and creativity connected to business goals.
For example, did you reimagine your business operations or foster an agile, resilient culture in a virtual environment? Or explain how you may have discovered a way to measure your contribution and value to your organization. Have you created an innovative approach that helps your business to be more successful?
BiZZdesign “Rock Star” Employee
Nominate a BiZZdesign employee who has exceeded your expectations by supporting you and your team to meet your goals and aspirations. Tell us why they’re worthy of this award and why they should be recognized for driving customer success.
This is your chance to showcase your achievements and be recognized for the impact you’ve created in your organization! Complete and submit your entry no later than October 22, 2021 and before 16:00 CET.

October 14, 2021 — Nomination window opens (3 weeks)
November 04, 2021, 16:00 CET— Deadline for submissions
(November 8-12 – panel gathers to review/final decisions)
November, 16 2021 — Winners notified
November 16-25 , 2021 — Winners recordings take place
November 30 , 2021 — Winners announcements/ videos release
Entries will be judged by a panel consisting of BiZZdesign Management Team. The decisions of that panel are final.
All winners agree, as a condition of their receipt of the award, to allow BiZZdesign to use their image, name, and nomination information in any marketing materials, media, and other forms of publicity, without further permission or compensation. Participant(s) affirm that they have the right to use all materials and personal information included in their submission packets.
It is incumbent upon the organization or individual to confirm there is no prohibition imposed on the organization or individual, either by statute or organizational policy or practice, that would preclude the organization or individual from accepting the award.
All participants agree to be bound by these terms and by the decisions of BiZZdesign, including, but not limited to, decisions regarding eligibility and award recipients, which are final and binding in all respects. BiZZdesign reserves the right to revise, suspend, or cancel this award program in its sole discretion.
